To protect the rights of both parties, please read the following terms carefully:

1. Deposit Policy

A deposit equal to the full retail price of the product is required for all rented computers.

2. Rental Term and Fees

The rental term is fixed at one year (12 months).

3. Computer Return Procedure

At the end of the rental period, the customer must bring the computer and present the rental receipt to complete the return procedure.

5. Repair
If the computer product malfunctions during the rental period, our company will provide maintenance services.

6. Damage Liability

The returned computer must be in normal working order and in good condition.

If any damage is found after inspection (e.g., water damage, drop, severe scratches, missing parts, etc.), the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit.

If the damage is severe, resulting in repair costs exceeding the deposit amount, our company reserves the right to recover the difference. Minor wear and tear caused by normal use is not subject to this limitation.
